Windoe provides a platform for businesses to create and manage digital loyalty cards for mobile wallets (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet). We act as a technology provider and are not responsible for the rewards or offers promised by merchants using our platform.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate passes that contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
In no event shall Windoe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our service relies on third-party platforms (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect the functionality of your digital passes, though we will make every reasonable effort to ensure compatibility.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
